Walk the site. Get the bid out the same day.
You know exactly what the job needs. Then you're at the computer till midnight typing it up. I set up an AI on your computer that reads your own jobs, bids, photos and notes, and I teach you to run it. You record the walk. It drafts the scope, the task list and the first pass of the bid.
Bring one bid you hate doing. No pitch. I'll tell you what I'd build first, or whether you need me yet.
You know the job. The typing is what kills you.
Till midnight on the bid.
You walked it, you know what it needs, and then you're at the computer typing it up for somebody.
Every estimate from scratch.
Twenty years of jobs on your computer, and every bid starts like you've never done one.
Two grand to the drawing guy.
A sketch for a bid costs real money and a week of waiting.
Your old bids are the best estimator you have. Nothing could read them.
You already paid for estimating software and a drawing guy. Neither one reads your old bids. Generic ChatGPT doesn't either. I set up the kind that does, on your own computer.
What you have now
- Software that starts every bid blank
- A drawing guy at two grand a sketch
- ChatGPT that has never seen your jobs
- The super's notes stuck in his truck
Built on your files
- Turns the walk recording into the scope and task list
- Starts every estimate from the last three like it
- Writes the change order from the super's notes
- Lives on your machine. It's yours.
Record the walk. It drafts. You decide.

Bring one bid you hate doing. I'll tell you what the AI would read first, or tell you straight if you don't need me yet.
Set up on your computer
In person around Reno and Sparks, or over screen share. We build it on your real jobs, and I teach you to run it as we go.
Every bid after that
You record the walk. It drafts the scope and the first pass of the bid. You make the calls, and nothing goes out until you say so.
What it's done for contractors.
Real builds. Names stay private until the owner says otherwise.
“One GC I work with had it draw a bid sketch that would have cost about $2,000 to have drafted, and it took about six hours off an estimate, the same week.”
A commercial janitorial company
The owner held every account and every price in his head, and he didn't want to rent an output. He wanted to learn to use AI himself.
He owns the system and the skill, and he's growing both.
An electrical contractor
Work came in by email all day, and someone had to hand-carry every request into the software that runs their jobs.
The inbox stopped being a second job.
Local? I'll come to your office.
I'm based in Reno and work in person across Reno, Sparks and northern Nevada. We set it up at your desk, on your machine, with your real jobs.
Not local? Same build over screen share, without the drive.
Straight answers.
Will it get my numbers wrong?
It drafts, you decide. It starts from your own past bids and your own prices, and nothing goes out until you've checked it. You're still the estimator. It just does the typing.
Do I have to change how I work?
No. You keep walking jobs the way you do now. The new habit is hitting record on your phone.
Do I need to be a tech person?
No. If you can describe how your business runs, that's the whole input. The owners I work with run janitorial crews, electrical jobs and coaching practices. None of them are programmers.
What does it cost?
I price it after the call, not before, the same way you can't price a job from the curb. The call is free, takes thirty minutes, and you leave knowing what I'd build first and what it would run.
Is my business data safe?
Fair question, and the first one everyone asks. Your files live on your own computer. When the AI works on something, that piece is sent off encrypted to be processed, and on a business plan it is never used for training. Account numbers, Social Security numbers and bank logins go in a locked folder it can't open, or stay out entirely. I'll show you exactly what goes where on the call.
