1. Who we are
WorkGrain is a trading name of Flow Connect Technologies LLC, a consulting business based in Reno, Nevada. We build business systems, automation, and AI tooling for small and mid-sized businesses. This policy covers this website and the ways you contact us through it.
2. What we collect
When you book a walkthrough or reach out, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you share about your business. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers also log basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
3. How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, schedule and run meetings, deliver our services, and follow up about your inquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to operate (described below).
4. Scheduling and third-party services
Booking happens through a third-party scheduling service, and we use standard business tools for email, calendars, and customer management. These providers process your contact details on our behalf and under their own privacy policies. We choose tools with reasonable security practices, but we are not responsible for the policies of services we do not control.
5. Client work and confidentiality
When we build systems for a client, we may access that client's accounts, tools, and business data. That access is used only to deliver the engagement, is treated as confidential, and is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this page.
6. Email and text messages
By giving us your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, including by text message where you provide a mobile number. We keep it relevant, and you can opt out of any non-essential communication at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us by email.
7. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the information we hold about you, and we will, unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
