1. Who we are

WorkGrain is a trading name of Flow Connect Technologies LLC, based in Reno, Nevada. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of this website.

2. Using this site

The content on this site is for general information about our services. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice tailored to your business.

3. Booking a walkthrough

The walkthrough is a free conversation, not a contract. By booking one and providing your contact details, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry. Texts are sent only with checkbox consent (see section 10). Nothing in a walkthrough creates an engagement until both sides sign a written agreement.

4. Engagements and services

Consulting, builds, and ongoing service are each governed by a separate written agreement that covers scope, pricing, ownership, and confidentiality. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins. A seat in a Group Install is bought online and governed by the Group Install Terms, and the Self-Install Kit by the Self-Install Kit Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this site belong to Flow Connect Technologies LLC. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Systems we build for clients are owned as described in the relevant engagement agreement.

6. Third-party links and tools

This site links to third-party services, including our scheduling provider. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

7. No warranties, limited liability

This website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Connect Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability connected to paid services is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute over them belongs in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.

10. Text messages (SMS)

Programs. WorkGrain, a trading name of Flow Connect Technologies LLC, runs two optional text programs. Workshop texts: reminders for a workshop you registered for, up to 4 messages per event, sent from 866-344-6968. Offer texts: marketing messages about our paid programs and future workshops, up to 4 messages per month, sent from 888-693-7357. You join a program only by checking its box on our sign-up form. Joining is not a condition of registering or of any purchase.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opting out. Reply HELP for help, or email owen@workgrain.com. Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any text to stop all texts from us. You can also opt out by email or any other reasonable way. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Replying START to a number restarts that program only if you had signed up for it.

Your number. You confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you give us, and you will tell us if you give up or change that number.

Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number and consent.
