Terms & Conditions
The ground rules for using this website and working with WorkGrain. By using the site, you agree to them.
Last updated: June 11, 2026
1. Who we are
WorkGrain is a trading name of Flow Connect Technologies LLC, based in Reno, Nevada. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of this website.
2. Using this site
The content on this site is for general information about our services. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice tailored to your business.
3. Booking a walkthrough
The walkthrough is a free conversation, not a contract. By booking one and providing your contact details, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry. Nothing in a walkthrough creates an engagement until both sides sign a written agreement.
4. Engagements and services
Consulting, builds, and ongoing service are each governed by a separate written agreement that covers scope, pricing, ownership, and confidentiality. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
5. Intellectual property
The content, branding, and design of this site belong to Flow Connect Technologies LLC. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Systems we build for clients are owned as described in the relevant engagement agreement.
6. Third-party links and tools
This site links to third-party services, including our scheduling provider. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.
7. No warranties, limited liability
This website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Connect Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability connected to paid services is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute over them belongs in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms go to Flow Connect Technologies LLC (doing business as WorkGrain), Reno, Nevada, at owen@workgrain.com or via the booking page.
